Beskrivning

Halves MP Costs of all Player Abilities in the Game. Also makes MP restoring items cheaper and heal more.

another Bug only fire in black magic is halved

actually I take that back, it works on Mixed Magic, but Black & White still have the normal MP costs

seems to only effect the character in slot 1, the rest still have normal MP costs
