If you're curious, the TLDR is that the way buffs are handled in the game has multiple internal/display names, and Eldeer's unlock condition seems to rely on the pre-localized version of the display name. Simplifying the way this mod alters the in-game display of EF cookie text seems to have fixed the issue (tested with the console to force spawn reindeer & EF cookies and it seems to proc properly now after the change). However, I'm really sorry if there's another layer to this bug that my edits & testing have failed to uncover it ._. thanks again for posting and I hope the fix helps some folks!
Sorry about the other graphical issues you're experiencing. It's possible it's a compatibility issue with other mods; if I end up having more time to look at it sometime and more specific info, I'll see what I can do!
Another issue I should mention but is that it could be this mod that's producing some weird graphical bugs in mid/late game, especially after cookie storms. I'm not sure exactly how to replicate it, but it happens pretty often and only restarting the game will fix the graphical glitches.
(sorry for everyone who gets this ping haha, Steam workshop comment function is stuck in 1998)
