Mētro-Polis (Invictus)

描述
MĒTRO-POLIS (or just metropolis), meaning mother-city in Greek, is a mod that aims to fix AI tags not having their capital the place their name refers to.
Only applies to city-states and region-tags (such as Bruttia), obviously, and affects nearly every relevant tag in game.
Invictus Version
Also affects nearly all tags exclusive to Invictus.

I'm not sure if you are aware (or if you are still supporting the mod) but this seems to cause the game to pause for a second at the end of every month then resume, causing a stuttering effect. I am guessing this pause is when the game is checking to see if any tags need to be relocated.

At least Thrace if possible, so they dont have their capital in Romania after losing it to the Antigonids.

Well with the diadochi it's different, as I defintitely could see them changing their capital... Maybe adding an event where their new capital gets renamed to Seleukeia/Antigoneia/Ptolemaia (Region Name)? Idk, I'll think about it
