1) Number of Artifact powers increased/decreased on created artifact spell. 1, 2, 3, (4) Default/normal, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
2) Even more spellbook picks. up to 20, then 1 extra one that is 60 with -9999 Difficulty, as this would let you pick 12 books in all available spell types (as you can only have life or death) and 6 of the 2 pick perks.
I would love to be able to do that, but the 4 AI Wizards limitation is a result of too much hard-coding in the baseline MOM - without providing a way to mod or work around it.
There are limits to what can be mod-able, unfortunately.
After consideration, I removed the tax and rebellion rate modifications. If enough people fuss, I will re-add in a separate Mod, per your suggestion.
That is a valid point. That was inherited from the original implementation. Honestly, it is a setting I never use myself.
If I could confirm that it is not used by anyone else, I would probably just remove.
