so you mean it's not about muzzle flash? but the light when you shoot the gun? I think it's not related to this mod so you might wanna check if you have any addons relating to that "light" thing you said.

I believe there is a sound mod of the Red 9 from Resident 4 for this gun . so making the Model whitout custum sounds would be good if you ported it for the deagle
