[TTT/2] Thanos Infinity Gauntlet

This addon is based on this one from Xyz_.

I ported the SWEP to TTT and also fixed the issue with increased sprint speed.
The weapon is obviously op, so I added gradual damage, because humans die if they use infinity stones.

There are still some bugs (for example when using time manipulation). I will try to fix them too.
