UMP45 replaces Nick Repack (Glow&Bile)

Features:

Glowing textures fixed, now you can locate your friend in the dark by the REEDOME logo! (if it's not hidden by their hair, that is)
Hands now have local lighting, no longer will you be stopped from watching your reload animations because of petty darkness!
Includes bile texture, face isn't touched because the author doesn't have an individual eye texture. Thus if the face has a bile texture would appear on the eyes too which makes it look really weird.
Sadly no bloodied textures, model is too high-poly for that and it would crash the game.

Most of the updates will be pushed to the main branch and icon replacement branch (along with all QoL fixes for the latter) once the testing is done.
