Signalis Trailer For Opening Vid & Startup Loading Screen

This mod replaces the Opening Video and Startup Loading Screen with Signalis' imagery and trailer.

How to correctly add it to L4D2:
1. Get GCFScape.
2. Open the vpk file, there, move the media folder to the left4dead2 folder, replace the existing bik.
This is where the Opening Video is done.
2.5. Place the "Signalis folder in the "Left 4 Dead 2" folder, NOT the left4dead2 folder.
3. Open gameinfo.txt, find SearchPaths, add "Game Signalis" before anything.
