Adds:
A scroll with the tavern builder feat that can be spawned by admin.

4 new recipes a tavern bar. - Simple tavern, Spread out Tavern, Fancy Tavern and the Dragon Hunters Tavern.
Some new placeables, chairs and instruments.
A new addition to the dragonbone spear feat, Dragonhunter spear.

A scroll with Pride of the Silent Legion armor. For all those running maps like Siptah and the like. again spawned by admin.

I will add it to some loot tables in the future.
