UPDATE
ADDED SUMMONER, SUICIDER AND OCCULT GENERAL VOX

2 voice profiles from Nazi Zombie Army/Zombie Army Trilogy for Lambda Players! Those are: Nazi Zombie and Skeleton.
The "voicelines" for the Sniper, Super Elite, regular grunt and etc are grouped together in the nazi zombie profile.
Note:the human death sounds you hear in the video are from Reagdoll.

its in undead_characters/elite_vox. You WILL need to import and extract the mp3 files in audacity for them to work, but its simple as.

i got it by extracting the zat files with quickbms along with the asura plugin. i cant find the plugin anymore but i still have it. i can share if you want

ok someone should put that on a seperate vj or Zbase npc for a NZA NPC mod but good mod tho but hey i am not complaining
