Features:

2 new buildings with construction animation, lighting and smoke during production:
- Refinery: Produces oil and heating oil from crude oil (50:50, similar to centrifuge).
- Chemical Plant: Produces fertilizer from oil and biomaterial; plastic made from oil and fabric.

Adjustments in buildings
- Oil pump: Produces twice as much (20 seconds instead of 40 seconds)
- Farm: Items adapted for construction: additional 2 fertilizer..

4 new items (Tier 4):
- Crude oil: Is produced as a raw material in the oil pump instead of crude oil (low calorific value).
- Heating oil: Produced in the refinery from crude oil (high calorific value like charcoal.
- Fertilizer: Produced in the chemical plant from oil and biomaterial.
- Plastic: Made from oil and cloth in the chemical plant.

Customized items
- Oil is made from crude oil in the refinery.
- Electronic components now require plastic instead of oil.
