The original mod came from Twilight Sparkle's own Killing Floor MP5M Medic Gun, which was for the Uzi.

@Henrietta It's a healing dart system. In Killing Floor, the MP5 is in the medic class, where it as well as other weapon's (which are mostly SMGs as well) secondary fire is a dart that'll heal allies.
