Forest UI 2.0 lowered opacity

I edited the UI to a forest theme. Removed metal looking border trim to streamline it some. Panel material is actually a new material, but with low opacity you hardly notice.

1: Lowered the opacity so most of the panels are now semi-transparent.
2: Removed title for minimap since everyone knows it is a minimap. That makes it take up less space.
3: Removed a narrow line that appeared to the left of the row of icons at the top.

NOTES: Those who were already subscibed before version 2.0, may need to unsubscribe and then resubscribe to get the mod to download the new version. Depends on how steam handles that.

Potential future update could included making the minimap smaller.

Hope you enjoy it. I appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Keep it mind some things may not be possible to do.
