描述
The Metro 2033 Dynamo from the game. Brutally simple.

The needle will move based on the brightness being emitted through the flashlight, you do not need this equipped to use it. If you do not have a Dynamo or have it charged it will disable your flashlight (by default).


NOTE: If you have this installed you cannot use your normal flashlight and must charge the flashlight.


You can configure the brightness, duration of flashlight time and a bunch of other things. Server "developers" add this to your collection then de-compile the .gma to modify the sh_config.lua

By default the flashlight lasts 10 minutes and turns off after the charge runs out.


How to use
Open your spawn menu, go to weapons -> Douglas -> Dynamo, Then left click to charge. This disables the default flashlight.

Horror Maps:
While I never designed this to be used on horror maps, Hash#tag mentioned using an addon to disable anti-cheat so you can spawn in the weapon.
Horror map Sandbox-ifier I have not tested this as I've never played a gmod horror map.


Server use and utilization: Feel free to add this to your server collection pack. I request that you do not decompile this addon for use in your own. If you are running Nutscript or need modification, extract and throw the code in the server, but please add this to your content pack or credit directly in the plugin/modification.

My Dad has worked at Blizzard for 20 years and this mod enabled Wings Of Liberty to get out of Development hell. This caused me to go to Amazon Game Studios and work a worthwhile job, also my dad is a big blower of CEO's at BlizzardHQ.

You don't need to post another addon. Just override the settings in the server. I didn't build this with the intention of being used in single player.

Can you add a section to the Options or Utilities window to edit the duration, charge, etc. directly into the spawnmenu? It would be easier to customise the mod without needing to post a whole new other addon. Thank you
