Upscaled CSS terrorists (Ragdoll and Playermodel)

A newer version of SirGibs' CSS Terrorists Enhanced addon, which also includes ragdolls with extra bones for better posing and playermodels.

Does not require SirGibs' original mod to work, it can be installed standalone and work fine, though I still recommend you check out his mod.

New additions/changes include:
1. Upscaled textures.
2. Upscaled bumpmaps
3. Bumpmaps for faces. (t_leet and t_guerilla)
4. Updated phong.
5. Leet Adidas jacket (since the original got taken down)

Note: The models have remained unchanged, there are still the same models made by SirGibsAlot, however I do plan to rig some higher quality/poly hands onto them, for now they only use the regular CSS hands.

Note 2: The phong might look too shiny in some cases.
