Config Changes for the Modpoc4lypse Stream.

Major Config Changes to defaults:

Training Restrictions:
Psi Grading & Soldier Conditioning are Mutually Exclusive

Conditioning only pulls from class random decks

Autopistol overhaul is only used for animations and makes no stat changes

various classes have sidearm, shield and travel light added as secondaries.

Tesla Loot Mod changed to drop Upgrades only
New Armour Upgrades added
New Loot tables to cover these changes.

Chosen increased to base 3 strengths/3 weaknesses.
Some Cut Chosen Strengths/Weaknesses enabled.

Recruit Pool set to 1 at a time & random not pool.

MOCX/EXALT set to uncapturable
MOCX Bestiary set to show immediately.

Choose My Class set to 4 options

PBNCE set to 100 point

Reduced chance of Peacekeeper Hotline to 5% Removed the strongest RNF options and added a handful more. Increased response timer to 3 turns.

Enabled Canister in Auxiliary slot for Field Alchemists

Set Leviathan Squadsize to 12 (11+ Commander's Avatar)

Rebalanced Alert Level Variety's to increase chance of lower difficulties slightly.

Reduced Supply cost increase for Radio Relays

Increased starting Wildcard card slots to 2.

Made Lost slightly harder of hearing and capped Lost waves to 5.

Changed Headshots to ONLY apply on Overwatch.

Increased options for Randomised Gatecrasher Loadouts
Enabled Rookies to use SMGs, Shotguns and Vektor Rifles.

Increased base Crew limit to 40, changed Crew Increase 2 to 20, for a total of 40+10+20 =70

Changed PexM to only allow Psiamp use after Grading.

Increased starting trait chance to 50% for both positive and negative traits.

Set secondary weapons to have 1 upgrade slot.

Made More Vest Types vests Experimental Armour Rewards and not buildable.

Disabled Drop chance for WIO upgrades and re-enabled Vanilla Upgrades
Gave WIO shotguns the vanilla 10% crit chance

Prof:
Gunslinger, Field Alchemist and Intelligence Operative are now GTS trainable.
