Electric room mod

描述
Just a simple mod that adds a new room to the game where power stations must be installed.



Note: I am trying to make it so that Power Stations and Capacitors can only be built in Electrical Rooms, but it seems like the RoomSpecific hook isn't working at the moment.

Boiler,and water pumps should be included. The "utility" room. Good for my O.C.D though.

It'll take me 2 mins to whip one up... you think it would be better to have it as a separate mod, or both utilities rooms together?

I'm pretty sure it's PA that's broken. Electric Chair are supposed to only be able to be placed in Execution Chambers, and at the moment you can place them absolutely anywhere.

Beat me to it. But I'll see if I can figure out how to get them to only be placeable in the room.
