[Compatiblity Patch] Skizot's Carryable Everything + Craft Metal Barrels & Rain Collectors

This is a compatibility mod for 'Skizot's Carryable Everything' and 'Craft Metal Drums & Rain Collectors.
This patch disables Skizot's Barrel carry feature in order for CMD&RC's Rain Collectors to be crafted from barrels found in the world and or crafted via said mod.

Load order matters. Load this mod AFTER Skizot's Carryable Everything and Craft Metal Drums & Rain Collectors.

Permissions have been received from Skizot in order to disable the barrel carry feature. All other carry features should still work as intended. Any broken carry visual is not a product of this mod.

Make sure to check out Skizot's mods! He has some great stuff!

BONUS OPTIONS
We have included a small level tweak sub-mod for those who feel the level required for crafting the Metal Drum Rain Collector is TO D#&M HIGH!!!
I have lowered the requirement from level 8 to level 4. this is one level below that which is required to craft the Metal Drum itself. This change, I believe falls in line with the natural progression in learning to weld.
Learning to weld two sheets of metal together to form a water tight metal drum is a far cry easier than it is to form a wooden barrel in the real, thus I did not change the level required for crafting the drum.
I would suggest using a mod that increases the capacity of wooden rain collectors to reduce the drastic differences in their relative capacities.
