This Elder Care Center is heavy inspired by the Veterans Affairs Harbor Medical Center, Manhattan, New York.
At VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, the health care teams are deeply experienced and guided by the needs of Veterans, their families, and caregivers.

The ER entrance is at the left side of the building, the goods delivery entrance at the right side.
Spawn points can be changed with the Building Spawn Points Mod to make it function more realistic in game.

Why is this an eldercare facility and not a hospital?
This facility has 166 medical beds, 181 nursing home beds and 50 psychosocial domiciliary program beds.
This game doesn't support a double funtion in the asset creator, so I choose the for the largest bed capacity
