Modular Barge Tug (Alone, V2)

描述
The tug alone is a terrible ship, but it is reasonably fast and overly responsive to mouse movements. It is designed to work with one or more barges.

The Tug can only reach 60 Knots alone, but with two fully laden barges it can still keep up to 50-60 Knots after a long period of acceleration.

the two outside merge blocks are for two-wide barge mode, the middle merge block is for single barge mode but it also gives convenient access to the barge inventories.
