描述
A counter zoner - zoner character using their long ranged Eye laser to attack from afar with alot of tools made to get the upper hand against other zoners. Is at the disadvantage when up close due to his higher melee startup and recovery. He likes to keep the fight on the ground. (GAME VERSION 1.9.20)

BALANCE PATCH (with a few new moves for you guys to chew on before beta release TBA)

The next major update will be a new workshop item that will be His beta. This item (his Alpha) will be archived and moving forward the beta version will be his main workshop item. This choice was made to boost his numbers on re-release and hopefully have more people playing him in the future

Yeah. It had too many use cases where it was benefical for the enemy than yourself

sounds good, when fighting a scout they mentioned that I was just turning their projectiles into stationary hazards instead of moving ones.

I couldn't have explained it better. :) I'm thinking of having point defense attempt to fully kill projectiles instead of just stopping them. And other changes in the new update

I'm looking at the move list and... what are these huge beam moves that I can't seem to obtain in the game? are they being developed? Maybe they were removed for being too big?
The moves I'm referring to are: FULLBEAM, PHAROS, and SCALD.
