Sarvente's Custom Characters: Xiao

Just when I thought I won't be coming back to custom heroes

I began my long journey into actual modding by starting with custom legendary heroes, and once I learned how to make the normal heroes, I've made a decision to switch to them instead. But in a spark of inspiration, I've decided to make a legendary hero for Yuan Bo, and thus created Xiao. With that, I believe I'm not done with custom characters just yet. As it usually goes with most of my mods lately, it has custom everything except for the audio.

A frontline bruiser with high damage and survivability, Xiao is a powerful warrior capable of staying alive and sustaining prolonged combat with pretty much anything. With a puppet body devoid of any weaknesses common among creatures of flesh and blood, she is apt at dueling enemy heroes and lords using an extremely powerful debuffs.

As of right now, the mod is not fully finished because my mental energy is utterly spent and my creativity has hit a dead end , however I will try to update it bit by bit. The hero is fully playable both in campaign and in battles. Plase make sure to repost any bugs and/or give suggestions regarding the improvements to her trait and/or skill tree.

— The hero is custom made and has no relation to official GW lore. Lore-wise, she was designed specifically for Yuan Bo and his faction in mind. Since a lot of people asked to make her usable with other Cathayan factions, you can make her usable with either Zhao Ming of Miao Ying by doing a minor edit to script by replacing the highlighted string with "wh3_main_cth_the_northern_provinces" to make her usable for Miao Ying or "wh3_main_cth_the_western_provinces" for Zhao Ming. Please refer to the last screenshots for information how to do it. Otherwise, the character is Yuan Bo exclusive. Keep in mind that in case you change the script to spawn Xiao for other Cathayan LLs you'll have to repeat this after every mod update, since it will revert the script to its original state

— Most skills have up to 5 levels, but due to UI limitations these leves aren't properly displayed in the skill tree UI. Make sure to click the skills multiple times to invest the maximum amount of points into them.

Once again, I plan to take some time on updating my old mods for the time being. There are still many concepts, but they will have to wait.
