can I request this gives additional bullet defense? I got an NPC mod working so now I need extra protection from gunfire

Would be cool to have some buffs to military clothing, and by that i mean nerfing the denim with speed debuffs like the boots currently give since denim fabric is more restrictive (and why its not used for military clothing). Also that bug with the tank top being crazy strong is still happening.
