for 3.8.3 before Astral Planes DLC and Stellaris 3.10 version was released

Why did i upload this additional outdated version of the mod for Stellaris 3.8.3?

Because some people might want to finish their campaign on 3.8.3 and the new ACG update for 3.10.* is a major update, which will require you to start a new game once released. So if you have an old save game with ACG then use this mod to continue your save-game with 3.8.3. without the new ACG update

IMPORTANT: you will also need an UI Overhaul Dynamic mod version for 3.8.3 or your game might crash or might be bugged when trying to start
