描述

Changing up some colours to make the faction more in line with their Coat of Arms and to make the map pop more. Currently, HRE's colour has been changed to gold, and Sicily's colour is white, both reflecting their COAs more or less exact.

For some reason the mod deactivate the states for administrative government. At least for the player, the IA got them back after sometime pass on the game
