This tiny mod makes it so that a pawn's mass capacity in Combat Extended is no longer affected by that pawn's movement speed. So pawns who get sick etc. will no longer have their mass capacity reduced. This also mean that making your pawn faster (from drugs or traits etc.) won't increase their mass capacity.
