Not 100% correct description. As the V90 has neither steam nor head end power, they were never used for passenger trains (except someone now draws the extreme circumstance exception of a passenger train photo taken in summer at daylight when no heating or lighting was needed). The very similar looking V100 was a universal locomotive with steam boiler for passenger trains.
