You can adjust skill points when leveling up.
This is a seamless version of this[www.nexusmods.com] mod that was posted on Nexus.

[UPDATE 20231203]
  • Changed so that the effect is also applied to the SP returned upon reset.
  • The SP to be returned is not correctly marked, but the SP to be returned is the correct value.

In the meantime, you should be able to change it by editing the configuration file.
There should be a configuration file where the mod was downloaded. (I believe it is a cfg file, sorry if I'm wrong.
)

I can't seem to get the configuration manager to work, but I am still getting 2 skill points per level, is there a way to edit this to give more skill points per level if the configuration manager isn't working?

yeah, i have QOL subscribed. Is that causing a conflict with this one?

Have you subscribed to the "Quality of Life" mod?
That mod should have recently added the ability to lower skill levels.

I can't solve the conflict with other mods in quirks. Sorry...

There's a bug. Whenever i right click a skill in the skill book (after i learned it), the skill unlearns itself, and my skill points go into the negative. I still dont know why i even did it the first time, but the 2nd time, i right clicked a skill thinking it'd activate it, so i wouldnt have to drag it to my hot bar. But after it unlearned itself (both times), it dropped me down to -47 skill points.
