A new professional killstreak effect!

The "Blushing" killstreak effect NOW includes:
- A heart-pulsing effect at 5 kills (color changes based on killstreak's sheen)
- A faster, fuller heart effect at 10 kills (color changes based on killstreak's sheen)
- A blushing animation upon getting a kill

There is now a GAMEBANANA mod! As this is a never-before implemented community item, it is unlikely Valve will add this. Therefore, here is a mod for y'all to use. It replaces all ingame professional killstreak effects with "Blushing," and works in community servers.

- The 5-kill and 10-kill effects have been overhauled to accurately reflect TF2's current pro killstreak effects, and moved the "blushing" animation to an on-kill status.
