Jim 'Cougar' Wallace

BIO - By-the-book

Jim Wallace is one of the few cadets ever to get a perfect score on every final exam at military college. Of course, it didn't hurt that his father wrote the school's military code of conduct. He's a master at conventional mercenary skills and a pro with automatic weaponry. Always by-the-book Cougar is a highly professional top performer.

Even though he is a man with strong opinions, Cougar has the military background (and discipline) to keep them to himself.

Update:

- No more perk icon duplication on mod reloads
- Moved the needed pics/icons to the UI folder to eliminate some warnings

Fair enough. The mod collection isn't as effective as having all of them in one mod would be. With the collection you would still have to manually add the new mercs as you create them vs them being added automatically if you put them all in a pack and did updates. Would save people from having to check if there are new mercs available as they would be updated automatically when the mod gets updated. It's totally up to you of course, just a suggestion.

@Spyder: Thanks. At present time I am still in creation mode, and I prefer them separated - this way people can also mix / choose what they want. But I understand that it would ease the download for people (if they don't mind having everything), so maybe in the future this could be done. (Maybe after I burn out, ie. not have to actively maintain separate mercs + pack)
One thing though: I have not experimented with it yet, but this "mod collection" thing on Steam - is it not solving similar problems?

These mercs your putting out are really well done so congrats for that. Every think of putting them all in one pack and just naming it MERC pack, or The Missing Soldiers, or something since they're all from the previous games? Might make it easier so people don't have to download them all individually.

Regardless, keep up the great work!

Yes, I agree some of these In-Game models are not perfect fits, but there is only so much we can work with :(

Thanks for another Ja 2 Legend in Haemimont Quality!!! Nice to see that the Merc pool ist growing. But It seems, that the neck (head) of this In-Game Model not perfect fit with the sweater ....
