LEGO hud customized

描述
LEGO HUD Customized is a mod that transforms the game’s HUD to mimic the style of the LEGO games. It lets you tweak various settings so you can personalize your interface exactly the way you like.

While it’s not required, I recommend pairing it with the LEGO Stud Drop Effect mod. This add-on adds a visual effect when you collect studs, making the HUD feel more dynamic and lively. It enhances the experience but isn’t necessary for LEGO HUD Customized to work.

If you run into any issues with the mod, feel free to leave a comment—I’ll do my best to help fix it.

⚠️ Note: Some models may not display correctly on the HUD. Unfortunately, this happens when the original creator set up the skeleton incorrectly, and there’s nothing the mod can do to fix that.

I have fixed the weapon selection bug, but the playermodel rendering will take a little longer

That's fair. I guess you could make it an option to turn it on and off when using the toolgun?

No, unfortunately, I wasn't able to. I simply don't know enough about GMod programming, although if I spent time on it, I'm sure I could do it. However, I thought the toolgun text was more important than having the player model there

Were you unable to make the model appear behind the tool gun text hud? Is that the reason or is it just a preference thing?

Yes, that's intentional. I chose to hide the player model when you wield the toolgun because I found that it interfered with the HUD text and other captions. However, if you prefer to have the model appear, I can certainly revert that change

It's not really normal. I tried to fix this error in the code, but I wasn't able to fix it in all cases. If you turn off the 'lego weapons selector', the bug should theoretically disappear.
