Hiking trip

Hello again! it has been a while!

Join Steve on an adventure through one of his favourite hiking trails, and reach the camp site at the top!

This map may not work well in multiplayer, you have been warned.

This is a linear story/campaign map with maybe 30 - 40 minutes of play time (your experience may vary), which involves navigating with an NPC companion; Steve, who will accompany you through the various locations in the region, offering dialogue, hints, and minor combat assistance.
Keep your eyes pealed as you might find stuff off the main path, maybe even some secrets!

Hint: the green thorny plants in the swamp are infested (will play leeches sound) and will damage you, so try to avoid them...

Half-Life 2: Episode 2 may be required to see the antlion workers and guardian.

ATTENTION THIS IS IMPORTANT
Most of the jump nodes have stopped working for unknown reasons and prevent Steve from progressing through the map. It is required for players and Steve to stay together when playing or else things will most likely break or not function as intended, however if he does get stuck, just pick him up with your physgun and bring him to you. I can't seem to fix this.
Another thing is if Steve is not following you, turn "join player squad" on and it might fix him.
Please let me know if you have any other problems or if you see ERROR and missing textures and I will try to fix them.

This map contains content that is NOT created or owned by me, credit to the game "Tomb Raider" for the secret sound, credit to the game "ARK" for some music, some textures/models are from "Foliage Pack", shout out to my man ScottRim for the hl2 citizen AI voice featured in this map, and credit to TopHATTwaffle for some water textures. There may be some textures/models/sounds used that I don't know the owners of. All other content belongs to Valve.
