IDs expanded

Allows IDs (Numbers that are assigned to creatures and other elements of the game that determine stats and looks) to spawn randomly between any possible number in a 32 int range, or between a chosen range.

Designed with scavenger hunting in mind.

NOTE: entities spawned before this mod is activated will remain the same- if you don't see the IDs you're wanting to see, start a new game or wander around a bit.
