Simple color picker mod, using the new custom effect UI modding stuff. :)

This mod has a color picker menu to choose your RGB values, rather than using an event chain system (should be a lot easier.)
In total this mod allows for 600,000 or so distinct colors.

• Reset Color
  - Sets the color back to default.
  
  
• Custom Color
  - Pick any color using RGB values.
  
  
• Steal Color
  - Yoink a color off of someone you can see (their color will remain the same.)
  
  
• Enforce Color
  - Make another country use your color.

All these buttons can be accessed through the diplomatic screen. Target another country to change their color, target your own country to change your own.

Should be compatible with any mod that does not change countrydiplomacyview.gui. Basically, if a mod adds custom buttons to the diplomatic view it won't be compatible. Modded diplomatic actions, however, will not conflict with this mod since you can add new diplomatic actions without modifying the gui.
