I was inspired by the fact that Valve once planned to transfer Half-Life to other companies, including EA, which in turn provided the concepts of the redesigned police officers, but it's good that Valve eventually left this wonderful series of games to itself.

Personal fan of the choice of style and accessibility of them being like early civil protection formations when the Combine was establishing it's rule and all. Wish there was more to play with in terms of accessories but none the less, fun.

(i love titties) canonically, the civil protection consists of mostly people who want to feel powerful over regular citizens, therefore there should be at least a few female cops (and also rng is just really cool imo)
