Adds the Noble Nodachi drawn by ColonelTang as a new, Katana-Class weapon.

Spawns on high-ranking samurai as well as lower end thugs and mercenaries.

Thinner than a nodachi, while featuring a guard over the handle allowing for the user to defend themselves at a greater ease than traditional katana-type weapons.
