I did not make these. All credit to the orginal authors. I put them together and created a spawnlist.
Just install this workshop addon as normal and if you want the spawnlists to show up
Go to

http://ffs.site.nfoservers.com/page2.html

Download the spawnlist zip and place it in your common/GarrysMod/garrysmod Reload Gmod and you should now have a spawnlist with all the fun wheels. I tried getting the spawnlists show just by installing this gma with the models but I suck at life.

why are there no textures on the wheels?

Not sure. They are props so you should be able to use them.

Without going into the game and checking to be sure I think that some of them do like the tank ones and the offroads.

I hear ya. My first sentance was, "I did not make these.". However, there are some favorites that many people use including myself. The Offroad ones are my personal favorates. Quiet a few people enjoy the tank wheels. Most the others suck and I have no use for but somebody might. I sometimes holoclip and combine wheels using E2.
