Horrible, when hovering over a menu button, song starts again but the old one still plays making it a lot of Darude Sandstorms playing together

I'm not saying this is a bad song because it is quite good. My only question is simply - why???
This is so far removed from the theme of the game almost like playing this to a wedding... At least have done something like Braveheart or Saving Private Ryan >.>
