描述

Fully randomizes all perks to be any tier or tree.
Most likely wont work together with other perk changing mods.
It should work with any localization mods.

this mod can also be used as a template to get the unmodified perk code, and perk images, but with modified collections and collectionsets

Some perk descriptions are currently broken with this mod but can be fixed by removing "PerkDefinitions.xml" in the workshop files. Unsure if this breaks anything within the mod, but I'm assuming it sets everything to default values. Hope this helps!
