Mining facility mod

Just like in the movies prisoners can now hit rocks with hammers all day long!

But wait, there's more:
- Gardeners now go prospecting on areas you set as quarry
- your prisoners mine iron, coal, copper ore and clay
- ore's and clay will be melted with the smeltery into usable items (and sellable); these can be manually sold (coal too) using the sell tool.
- prisoners can steal all kinds of tools
- Pottery reform
- Prisoners make pots out of clay! (and use and sell them)
- Several grants for both pottery and ore mining
- Coal generator, and the abbility to let it run on your own coal (it doesn't produce energy yet :( )

future
- make the coal generator produce energy
The coal generator currently doesn't do anything useful. Unfortunately I can't really make it functional yet. I'ts just decoration for realisms sake
- make a better ore distribution around the map

NOTE: Quarry's have a chance of not finding anything. Just like in real life, you can't find gold everywhere ;)
NOTE: Due to some unidentified problem, your melting has to be done in a workshop. Your prisoners do get eductated in the mining area

IMPORTANT: A lot of people have problems with the modded objects from this mod. Most times the problems are solved if you replace all objects related to this mod. Problems are always solved starting a new map. (if not please notify me in the comments)
