Commonwealth Uniform Recolour

This mod originally set out to recolour the canadian units spacifically, inorder to give their uniforms a more historical look. unfortunatly, there is no way of doing this without also changing the main texture for the entire commonwealth. if there is a way, perhaps i will update this mod in the future.
