Essential Tile Fixes

You all probably know how dangerous it is to wallride arena tiles, or grind the road separator on highway when you are not the lobby host - you get random damage while doing so, especially in Bomb Run with damage turned off. You also can't trigger raceway start/finish CP when driving close to its inside walls, and Church and Containers tile has messy hitboxes

This mod fixes all highway tiles, church tile, arena tiles, container tiles and raceway start/finish CP. This mod replaces vanilla tiles without adding any new ones, so it's compatible with all maps that use vanilla tiles.
