当拿破仑的入侵部队从俄罗斯撤退时，沙皇亚历山大一世下令建造一座大教堂，以表示对神明施恩拯救国家的感激之情。于是，基督救世主大教堂在1812年开始建造，但亚历山大一世没有活到1883年见证它的竣工和祝圣。在完工前一年，著名音乐家柴可夫斯基在未完成的大教堂外首次发表了他的代表作《1812序曲》。大教堂的圆顶采用了当时崭新的电镀黄金技术（而不是传统的水银镀金），而大教堂的内部则放置了俄罗斯著名画家的精美绘画。苏联时期，斯大林下令拆除基督救世主大教堂，以便为拟议的苏维埃宫腾出空间。由于缺乏资金、莫斯科河氾滥和第二次世界大战的爆发，苏维埃宫的建设最终未能建成。苏联时代终结后，第二座基督救世主大教堂在原址重建。

完成此奇观时所有单位的生命值将完全恢復。 军事单位和宗教单位受伤后不会蒙受战斗力减益，消灭一个单位时恢復25生命值。 必须建造在平坦的冻土或雪地上。 +2宜居度 +2大将军点数 +2大音乐家点数 2个音乐巨作槽位 解锁于民族主义市政。

"Military units and religious units do not suffer from combat penalties when injured" - that's a bit too good, and the reason I've decided against installing this mod. I think the wonder would be fine without this feature.
If you think an extra feature is needed, maybe this: when an enemy unit destroys your unit in direct combat, they receive 25% damage. What do you think?
