Primary/Melee Incap FIX

描述
Allows you to use primary weapons, melee weapons and throwable while downed/incapacitated.

Works best on LOCAL Survival Maps, other gamemodes may cause problems with some weapons spawns in some maps. Admin Menu 2.0 for best experience :)

hey so i left left 4 dead 2 to play garry's mod and i came back to left 4 dead 2 and there were no weapons at the start of the game and i found a chrome shotgun and i shoot at the zombies and it did not making sounds and the other shotguns are not making sounds so please fix it

they for some reason make the CSS weapons weird looking
