[HUD] - Mass Effect 3

@Edward Chrome Apologies, the re scaling is not made for the hud element that clips its self, like the hp glow and ammo bar depletion.

I'm trying to work on a fix but I cant keep enough numbers in my head to do the correct math.

wow, it's quite complete, but the rescaling doesn't work correctly, the life bar and ammo don't align with the hud, I'm on 720p resolution, I don't know if that will affect :P

@kill I used a friend of mines hud as a base, the Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Hud, uploaded by Dopey. And exported out all the ui elements I could from the game, and put them together in this heap of coding mess.
The most nightmarish thing so far is the cropped textures, too much math to make them centered and also have cropping. So scaling and positioning don't work well
