Cities more than 9 tiles away from the Capital lose -2 Loyalty.
  
• Agenda - In Memory of Yoni: Likes civilizations with the same government and a large military. Dislikes civilizations with a different government and a large military.

• Trait - Iron Dome: Non-specialty districts grant their city +3 City Strength. Military units gain +2 Combat Strength when fighting adjacent to a specialty district, that is not a Diplomatic Quarter, Government Plaza, Preserve, or Spaceport, that was in the city they originated in when being produced. +50% Production towards Support class units. Units adjacent to an Anti-Air Support class unit gain +50% Experience from combat.

• Unlocks the Builder ability to construct a Kibbutz, unique to Israel. +1 Housing. Minor Food adjacency from Farms, becomes standard Food adjacency with Industrialization. Standard Food adjacency from Pastures and Plantations. Standard Food adjacency from districts, becomes minor Food adjacency and standard Production adjacency with Industrialization. Cannot be built adjacent to another Kibbutz.
  
  CITY-STATE: KHALIL AL-RAHMAN
  
• Replaces Jerusalem.
