Special Building Rebalance v1.4 [Archive]

This mod tweaks certain special buildings that were supposed to be valuable, but in practice were underwhelming or not worth keeping.

- Changed the fallen empire nano-forge and affluence center buildings to be more efficient by reducing resource upkeep cost.
- Adds one lord commander job to the Toxic God origin "order's castle", minor knight's keep buildings.
