Easy Troi is Easy

Simple little mod that reduces the number of diplomatic missions that Troi needs down to one. So much less frustration now with trying to get her due to the random nature of the missions now that I only have to go through it once.

Attention modders: feel free to use any or all parts of this mod in your own mods. Credit optional, though preferred (and the classy thing to do). Why? I just want to spread the joy around :)
