Holdout - Death Toll

Adds the Holdout Mutation on Death Toll.

This map is based on survivng the hordes, rather than filling a generator with gas cans.

There are 10 waves to survive before the chopper will arrive on the wooden platform that is located on the way out of the church's attic.

To play the Holdout Mutation you have to go to the main menu, from there select the Mutations menu and then select "Change Mutation" option and change it to Holdout. Once you did, you can either create a lobby or join an existing game, as you normally would.

Note: There won't be any supply drops on this map, so use your kits efficiently.

2nd Note: There will be only one map in this addon, as the other suitable maps in this campaign are already included by default.
