REQUIRES A PLAYER SELECT MOD

Adds Rina Tennoji from Love Live! as a playable character, and her Rina-Chan Board that syncs with your expressions*! It functions as a moderate to severely faster scooter, without needing the Scooter Badge.

Includes a config option to get rid of the Rina-Chan Board (for less hat wheel clutter)
Has dye support & costume support aside from Wireframe
Includes a weapon and two stickers with holo versions

*it doesn't work in cutscenes and on ghost players currently

this mod requires either Player Select Menu or Player Select in order to be used properly

How do I get the hair? It gives me the outfits and the mask, but not the hair.

I remember that I once attempted to make a Rina dye mod a few years ago but that didn't work out because I had no idea what I was doing. I'm glad you made this because this is honestly the mod of my dreams. This also gives me an excuse to replay this game once more. Thank you for this amazing mod
